Job summary

STULZ SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage full sets of accounts and deliver timely month-end and year-end closings in a critical operations environment.

You will prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports, monitor cash flow, and ensure GST submissions and statutory compliance while enhancing internal controls. You’ll liaise with auditors, banks, tax agents, suppliers, and authorities to support accurate, compliant financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior accounting role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel (pivot tables).
• Experience with SAP B1 is a plus.
• Fluent in English; strong attention to detail and independence.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Execute month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Monitor cash flow and liaise with banks and auditors.
• Prepare GST submissions and statutory reports.
• Assist in audits and tax preparations.
