Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in accountancy, finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Experience in AP/AR/GL and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate monthly AP postings for trade transactions.
• Prepare and review monthly JVs for accurate reporting.
• Maintain and reconcile monthly accounting schedules and docs.
• Process AR receipts and issue payment notifications.
• Perform monthly voyage accruals for cost recognition.
• Prepare quarterly consolidation reporting for group.
• Monitor cash flow projections and forecasts.
• Support annual budgeting and consolidation of divisional budgets.
• Prepare AIS reporting and statutory submissions.
• Complete quarterly financial/regulatory surveys on time.
• Assist with ad hoc finance projects.
