Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records in a Singapore-based role.

You will handle end-to-end AP/AR, GL maintenance, GST submissions, and assist with audits, while leveraging MYOB and ERP systems to improve processes.

With 5 days work week, 9:00am-6:00pm hours, No OT, this role offers competitive pay and a chance to contribute to a growing safety solutions provider.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 5-8 years of relevant accounting experience with hands-on full-set accounting knowledge.
• Able to independently manage GST submissions, bank reconciliations and month-end closing with minimal supervision.
• Experience in taxation and coordinating with auditors is essential.
• Proficiency in MYOB is preferred; ERP experience, particularly Odoo, is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoice processing, payments, reconciliations and collection follow-ups.
• Maintain general ledger entries and perform bank reconciliations, month-end closing and year-end closing.
• Prepare and submit GST returns and other relevant statutory filings accurately and on time.
• Support corporate tax computations and liaise with external tax agents.
• Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents and reconciliations, and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Maintain accounting records using MYOB and support ERP system enhancements and process improvements.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting procedures and reporting requirements.
