Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy (CA Singapore or equivalent preferred).
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in accounting.
• Strong technical skills in consolidation/group reporting and IFRS/US GAAP knowledge is a plus.
• Responsive to client queries and able to work independently.
• Self-starter with attention to detail and deadline orientation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading a team of junior professionals in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, MS Navision, Xero or similar.
• MS Office proficiency, especially Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work at clients’ offices in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of outsourced accounting clients, ensuring quality and timely services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; serve as primary contact for client inquiries.
• Lead and mentor accounting professionals to drive performance and development.
• Review work of junior staff for quality and compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and provide tailored accounting solutions.
• Monitor client budgets and resource utilization against financial goals.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices in service delivery.
• Stay updated on accounting regulations and industry trends to advise clients.
• Prepare and present financial reports with key insights and recommendations.
• Ensure timely invoicing and manage collections.
• Lead or participate in system improvements, change projects, and business development.
