Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore accounting practices, GST and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently, prioritise responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, dependable and accountable, with good follow-through on tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports and account reconciliations.
• Manage invoicing, payment processing, collections and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow, expenses and financial records.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing.
• Assist with GST reporting, tax matters and audit preparation.
• Review existing accounting processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks and relevant stakeholders.
• Support management with financial analysis, reporting and other accounting-related matters.
