Job summary

Julia Gabriel Centre Pte Ltd is seeking a finance professional to manage full sets of accounts, monthly and annual reports, and budgeting. You will ensure internal controls, and handle banking, auditing, and tax matters with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

The role requires 3+ years of accounting experience, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or ACCA/professional qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in full sets of accounting.
• Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, etc).
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Meticulous with attention to detail.
• Singaporean or PRs welcome.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly and annual management/statutory reports and schedules on time.
• Prepare annual budget.
• Maintain internal controls and procedures for compliance.
• Manage banking, auditing, taxation, and statutory matters.
• Provide and execute organizational support for day-to-day and ad-hoc finance activities.
