Job summary

WAGEWORTH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Account Executive to join the Finance team. The role emphasizes careful data entry, multi-tasking, and timely financial reporting in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to work independently, and possess strong MS Office skills, with preference for CPA/CPA-firm experience and knowledge of QuickBooks Online or Xero.

Qualifications

• NITEC or professional certification or higher.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience, CPA firm a plus.
• Experience with full set accounts and data-entry targets.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume data entry for accounting and bookkeeping.
• Handle accounting tasks across varied industries.
• Prepare and submit tax returns / GST returns.
• Timely preparation of clients' accounts and financial reports.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Multi-task independently with initiative; maintain confidentiality.
