Job summary

Trust Recruit Pte Ltd is hiring to oversee day-to-day finance and accounting for the Group and its subsidiaries in Singapore. You will manage full-set accounting, month-end closings and financial reporting, while coordinating with external auditors and reviewing GST submissions.

The role supports budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, and involves supervising the finance team and strengthening internal controls.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in full-set accounting and financial reporting, preferably in Construction/Playground industry.
• Experience in Work-in-Progress (WIP) accounting preferred.
• Exposure to Group consolidation or consolidated financial statements advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, accountability and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting activities for the Group and subsidiaries.
• Manage full-set accounting, including month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Handle Work-in-Progress (WIP) accounting, including reconciliation and reporting.
• Assist with Group consolidation and preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide audit schedules and documentation.
• Review quarterly GST submissions for Singapore subsidiaries.
• Maintain and improve accounting processes, procedures and internal controls.
• Supervise and provide guidance to finance team members.
