Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing Singapore Pte. Ltd. at Changi Airport invites a seasoned finance professional for a 6‑month contract to support inter‑company accounting and liquidation activities.

The role focuses on reconciliations, data extraction from ERP systems, and preparation of financial schedules. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy/Finance with 4+ years' experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 BC.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Min 4 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance with exposure to financial reporting, inter-company accounting, tax, treasury, or restructuring activities.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and reconciliation processes.
• Experience in preparing statutory financial statements and supporting tax compliance is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract, analyse, and interpret financial data.

Responsibilities

• Review, reconcile, and resolve inter-company balances across multiple entities to support corporate liquidation activities.
• Extract, analyse, and consolidate accounting data from ERP systems to prepare financial schedules and supporting documentation.
• Prepare reconciliation schedules, working papers, and supporting documents for inter-company settlements.
• Coordinate with internal finance teams to validate balances, investigate discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution.
• Liaise with external stakeholders (tax consultants, auditors, banks) to facilitate financial and statutory transactions.
• Support documentation for corporate liquidation, tax health checks, audits, and related initiatives.
• Prepare year-end financial statements and reconciliations for dormant entities, ensuring compliance with standards and reporting requirements.
• Handle month-end closing activities for dormant overseas entities.
