5G-Starlink Pte. in Singapore is seeking a skilled accounting professional to join our finance and HR support team. You will handle financial data, regulatory submissions, and payroll related tasks with accuracy and professionalism.

The role requires a Diploma in Accounting and at least 3 years of combined experience in Accounts and HR, along with strong analytical and communication skills to support diverse stakeholder needs.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years related experience in Accounts and HR.
• Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Complying with all entities accounting and financial regulations.
• Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
• Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
• Maintaining accurate financial records.
• Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.
• Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
• Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance.
• Assist in payroll related matters.
