Job summary

REGULAR IN DEMAND SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced accounting professional in Singapore to manage daily accounting operations and ensure GST compliance.

You will prepare financial reports, coordinate with auditors and tax agents, and support month-end and year-end closing processes. The ideal candidate holds an accounting/finance qualification and has familiarity with IRAS, CPF/payroll, and audit preparation.

Qualifications

• Equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Prior accounting experience in Singapore to enhance local compliance understanding.
• Knowledge of IRAS requirements, CPF/payroll, and audit preparation to support regulatory adherence.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, or similar systems to improve efficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting spreadsheets for data management.
• Basic knowledge of Singapore GST requirements and GST filing to ensure accurate tax submissions.
• Ability to prepare or assist with balance sheet reconciliation to maintain financial accuracy.
• Detail-oriented approach to maintain accurate and reliable records.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
