Job summary

Zig by ComfortDelGro in Singapore is seeking an experienced financial professional to prepare, analyze and review monthly management accounts and statutory reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will handle GST reporting, tax computations, SAP-based processes, liaise with auditors and tax authorities, support yearly budgeting, cashflow and balance sheet preparation, and contribute to ad-hoc reporting tasks as required.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in handling full sets accounts, tax submission and management reporting.
• Familiar with Financial Reporting Standards (FRS).
• Singapore tax knowledge.
• SAP experience.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze and review monthly management accounts and financial/performance reports, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare and upload monthly FCCS reports and ensure timely submission to Group Corporate Finance.
• Maintain GL Chart of Account, Profit Centre and Cost Centre in accounting and procurement system.
• Prepare yearly Financial Statutory reports and audit package for audit purposes.
• Handle and liaise with auditors, tax agent, IRAS on finance, audit and taxation matters.
• Assist in yearly budget, cashflow and balance sheet preparation.
• Plan and perform GST related reporting timelines and procedures.
• Handle tax queries from tax authorities/tax agent and preparation of tax computations.
• Prepare quarterly deferred tax computation.
• Liaise with IRAS on GST queries.
