Job summary

PROFILE SEARCH & SELECTION (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. client in Singapore is seeking a Senior Accountant for a hands-on role across full-set accounting, group consolidation, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting within a growing data centre portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, data centres/REITs exposure, and strong knowledge of SFRS/IFRS, GST, and corporate tax. Yardi experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience with strong full-set and month-end closing exposure.
• Strong experience in Group reporting and consolidation.
• Good knowledge of SFRS, Singapore GST and corporate tax.
• Experience in data centres, REITs and Real estate is preferred.
• Yardi experience is highly preferred.
• ACCA, CA, CPA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• Strong Excel and ERP/accounting system skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting cycle, including GL, AP, AR and fixed assets/CIP.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing and prepare accurate financial statements.
• Prepare Group consolidation and intercompany reconciliations.
• Ensure reporting complies with SFRS/IFRS requirements.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
• Monitor cash flow, banking transactions and loan covenants.
• Work closely with auditors, tax agents, regulators and Corporate Secretary.
• Support GST, corporate tax and other statutory compliance matters.
• Partner with Sales & Operations on billing and revenue-related matters.
• Work with regional/offshore teams and outsourced service providers.
• Support Yardi implementation and finance process improvements.
• Provide financial insights and support to local management and Group HQ.
