Job summary

EX.SEARCH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Account Executive to support client partnerships and brand activation initiatives across markets. You will handle administrative tasks, coordinate on-site activations, and assist in ad-hoc projects while maintaining strong communication in English.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in hospitality or sales, is self-motivated, highly organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive approach to tasks and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year of relevant working experience, with hospitality, sales or training background preferred.
• Possess good communication, good command of English.
• Possess good rapport building skills.
• Self-motivated and committed individual with high level of initiative - Strong organizational and coordination skills with ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Administrative - Consolidation of applicants, recruitment and screening of new candidates. Profile deck creation including photos on site, generation of reports, preparation of part timer payroll, and collection from client after project completion.
• On-site Supervision - Ensuring Brand Ambassadors attendance and punctuality on-site; briefing, coaching and monitoring of Brand Ambassadors.
• Others - Assist in ad-hoc projects/activation and any other work assigned within reasonable capacity.

Job Requirements
