Job summary

Bravo is seeking a Senior Account Executive / Account Manager to own client relationships and drive branding projects from kickoff to handover. This role blends client servicing with brand strategy, with a clear path toward becoming a brand consultant.

You’ll manage day-to-day client communications, run branding workshops with senior leadership, translate briefs for the design team, present proposals, and oversee scopes, timelines, budgets, and production vendors.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years in account management or client servicing at a branding, design, or creative agency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable presenting to and advising clients, not just taking orders.
• Organised and able to manage multiple projects.
• Resourceful with experience managing production vendors.
