Job summary

Systems on Silicon Manufacturing Company Pte. Ltd. (SSMC) is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our Supply Chain team in Singapore. The role covers receiving, bin-in, issuing and packing, plus maintaining accurate records in SAP and contributing to audits.

You’ll bring 1–2 years of logistics experience in a warehouse, and familiarity with SAP and MS Office. Forklift license is a plus, and you’ll help uphold 6S standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum GCE O/N Level or equivalent.
Preferably 1–2 years of logistics experience in a warehouse.
Experience in semiconductor warehouse operations is advantageous.
Proficient in SAP systems and MS Office applications.
Forklift license is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform warehouse operations such as receiving, bin in, goods issuance and packing.
Highlight issues such as transitional damage, incorrect records, inventory discrepancies, etc.
Perform SAP transactions and promptly record information in database when required.
Prepare and compile assigned reporting or summary.
Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with all audit requirements.
Other ad-hoc or periodical tasks such as scrap & disposal, cycle count, system reversals, etc.
Maintain excellent 6S housekeeping standards in daily work activities.
