Job summary

SSMC is hiring a Warehouse Assistant to join the Supply Chain department at our Singapore facility. You will perform core warehouse tasks including receiving, bin in, goods issuance and packing while maintaining data accuracy in SAP and ensuring safety and 6S standards. Prior semiconductor warehouse exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N/O Level or equivalent.
• Preferably 1–2 years of logistics experience in a warehouse setting.
• Experience in semiconductor warehouse operations is advantageous.
• Demonstrated integrity and proactive work attitude.
• Basic understanding of computerized warehouse systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse operations such as receiving, bin in, goods issuance and packing.
• Highlight issues such as inventory discrepancies and damaged goods.
• Record SAP transactions and maintain database entries.
• Prepare and compile assigned reporting or summaries.
• Support audits to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Maintain 6S housekeeping standards and safe operation of equipment.
• Enforce established warehouse procedures and participate in improvement projects.
