Job summary

BEECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse activities at Changi North. You will perform administrative and operational tasks, with SAP experience required and the ability to work permanent night shifts.

You will use a laptop on-site to scan and track inventory, update records in warehouse systems, and coordinate with teams to ensure accurate stock movement and smooth operations. Semiconductor industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• SAP experience is required.
• Candidates with semiconductor industry experience will have an advantage.
• Comfortable using a laptop and working with warehouse systems.
• Comfortable walking around the warehouse and performing scanning/operational duties.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling records.
• Willing to work permanent night shifts and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative and operational support for daily warehouse activities.
• Use SAP to update and manage operational records and transactions.
• Bring and use a laptop to support on-site warehouse operations.
• Move around the warehouse to scan, verify, and track inventory and items.
• Assist with stock movement, documentation, and operational coordination.
• Ensure warehouse records and system information are accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth movement of goods.
• Support shipping-related and warehouse activities as required.
• Perform other operational and administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.
