Responsibilities

• Review existing production training programs and suggest enhancements to improve engagement and retention.
• Ensure training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
• Maintain knowledge of new training methods and industry requirements.
• Identify problems and opportunities for training improvements.
• Conduct or facilitate required and recommended training sessions.
• Coordinate with vendors to arrange external training for employees.
• Ensure milestones and budget adherence for training programs.
• Prepare and manage the training budget.
