Job summary

TALENT SPOT GROUP PRIVATE LTD. is seeking a Technician (Product Test / Yield Development) to join the Engineering Services team under the Product Development Group. You will work with cross-functional teams supporting product test, yield development, characterization, samples generation and reliability qualification execution.

You will also provide first level debug on rejects and support operational logistics, contributing to process improvements as part of the rapidly growing product roadmap.

Qualifications

• NITEC in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge on Electronics and Semiconductors.
• Understanding of semiconductor testing.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Execute evaluation for test program or product qualification activities.
• Provide basic and higher technical level of debug via root cause analysis in resolving equipment related issues.
• Document test results and generate result and debug report timely.
• Liaise with manufacturing sites and planners to ensure flawless execution of Engineering Activities.
• Responsible submitting document to engineering lab for execution.
• Participate in process improvement projects and drive for efficiency and productivity improvement results.
