Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a candidate to perform wafer testing on the wafer platform, conduct die testing, and carry out die sorting on the corresponding platforms. The role requires maintaining 6S standards within the Fab, with a Diploma in Engineering as a baseline qualification.

No experience is required, and the position is based in Yishun. Basic salary starts at S$2,500 per month, with a typical shift from 8:30am to 8:30pm, aligned to the fab schedule.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering is required.
• Experience in a Fab environment is preferred (6-inch/8-inch).
• Able to read/write to understand equipment labels and common clean room terms.
• Proficient with Windows OS and MS Office.
• No experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform wafer testing on the wafer platform as per the schedule.
• Conduct die testing on the die platform as per the schedule.
• Carry out die sorting on the sorting platform as per the schedule.
• Maintain and manage 6S standards within the Fab.
