Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is recruiting for a semiconductor technician in Singapore. You will operate equipment such as Wafer Testers/Probers, Die Testers, Sorters, and related systems, while learning visual inspection microscopes and performing chip cleaning and defect inspections.

The role requires NITEC qualification with 1 year of semiconductor experience preferred, or fresh graduates. Cleanroom attire and 12-hour rotating shifts are part of the job, with a strong emphasis on

Qualifications

• NITEC qualification required; at least 1 year of relevant semiconductor experience preferred, fresh graduates welcome.
• Willing to commit to 12-hour rotating shifts (Day/Night).
• Comfortable in a cleanroom environment and wearing full cleanroom attire (smock/bunny suit) for long periods.
• Familiar with 6S methodology and meticulous about quality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic Python knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operate semiconductor manufacturing and testing equipment including Wafer Testers/Probers, Die Testers, Sorters, Dicing, Grinders, AOI systems, and Wafer Mounters.
• Learn and use visual inspection microscopes and perform chip cleaning and defect inspections.
• Maintain machine operations and follow SOPs; perform Preventive Maintenance and suggest improvements.
• Strictly control product quality to meet all standards and requirements.
