Job summary

Kanry Search in Singapore is seeking a hands-on technician to perform wafer testing on the wafer platform, conduct die testing, and carry out die sorting on the respective platforms according to schedule.

The role requires a minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma and experience in a semiconductor Fab environment. Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office is expected, with potential for AWS-style bonuses via the company’s allowances.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma or higher education in Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Prior experience in semiconductor Fab environment (6-inch / 8-inch) preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient in Windows OS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform wafer testing on the wafer platform according to schedule.
• Conduct die testing on the die platform as per schedule.
• Carry out die sorting on the sorting platform as per schedule.
• Maintain and manage 6S standards in the Fab to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
