Job summary

Emerson Electric is seeking an Applications and Systems Engineer to design, implement, and deploy advanced semiconductor test solutions. You will collaborate with customers, sales teams, engineering colleagues, and partners to deliver reliable, scalable systems that meet business objectives.

You will combine systems engineering with hardware integration and project execution, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction across domestic and international deployments.

Qualifications

• Degree or technical qualification in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Experience designing, integrating, or supporting semiconductor test systems or automated test equipment.
• Knowledge of semiconductor testing and validation (RFIC/mixed-signal, on-wafer testing, ADC/DAC, MEMS, PMIC).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java, Python.
• Familiarity with electronic test instruments like SMUs, DPA, digitizers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and partners to define and deploy semiconductor test solutions.
• Document customer requirements and contribute to project scopes and SLAs.
• Plan, coordinate, and lead project activities ensuring quality and performance.
• Install, configure, validate, and support test systems at customer sites.
• Evaluate hardware solutions including analog/digital interfaces and data communication.
• Provide technical guidance and training to customers and stakeholders.
