Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a semiconductor test engineer to develop and debug test programs for digital, PMIC, RF, and mixed-signal devices using Advantest V93000 and Teradyne UFLEX platforms.

You will collaborate with Design Engineers on first silicon bring-up, device characterization, failure analysis, and production release activities, performing tests across PVT and driving yield improvements and production optimization with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• :Degree in Microelectronics, Semiconductor Engineering, or equivalent.
• :At least 2 years of experience in semiconductor test engineering, product engineering, or silicon validation, with exposure to ATE platforms such as Advantest V93000 or Teradyne UFLEX.
• :Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with experience in test development and device characterization.
• :Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and debug ATE test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF, and Mixed-Signal semiconductor products using Advantest V93000 (SmartTest 7/8) and/or Teradyne UFLEX platforms.
