TECHLEAD TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to lead sales activities in the region, developing strategies and driving revenue growth in the semiconductor sector.

You will manage key customer relationships, coach the sales team, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and coordinate with suppliers and internal engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery. Willingness to travel locally and overseas is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Diploma in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in semiconductor/industrial equipment.
Proven track record in business development and achieving targets.
Experience managing key accounts and leading a sales team preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willing to travel locally and overseas.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth and revenue targets.
Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales objectives.
Promote semiconductor equipment, spare parts, and engineering solutions.
Collaborate with customers to understand technical and commercial requirements and provide solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and manage contract discussions.
Coordinate with suppliers, principals, and internal teams for project execution.
Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and management updates.
Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and events.
