Job summary

EnviroDynamics Solutions Pte Ltd is a global high-tech manufacturer in the semiconductor sector, seeking a QA/QC professional to lead quality planning, audits, and continuous improvement across equipment manufacturing. Located at our North Singapore site, you will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to uphold ISO and lean principles.

The role requires 4–5 years in relevant industries, strong technical reading skills, and QC certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, or related field.
• Min. 4-5 years of experience in front-end semiconductor, precision engineering, or advanced manufacturing.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Professional quality certification (e.g., ASQ CQE or CQT) preferred.
• Strong understanding of QMS, ISO standards, Lean, Six Sigma, and SPC.
• Proficient in quality analysis tools and data visualization (Power BI).
• Familiar with SAP, Oracle, AGILE.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans, procedures, and standards for equipment manufacturing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate quality risks.
• Establish, monitor, and drive key quality metrics such as defect rates, yield, and production performance.
• Conduct internal audits, process inspections, and compliance assessments to ensure adherence to QMS and standards.
• Analyse quality data to identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement inspection plans and QC protocols for equipment, assemblies, and components.
• Train Quality Control and Manufacturing personnel on procedures and best practices.
