You will act as the customer technology expert, lead complex troubleshooting with DOEs, showcase capabilities through customer demos, and collaborate across business units to align roadmaps and deliver customer-site

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering with 5+ years in semiconductor process or applications engineering.
• Strong troubleshooting, DOE, and data-analysis skills to resolve complex process issues.
• Expertise in at least one semiconductor unit process; able to guide technology development and transfer.

Responsibilities

• Manage install base and new product performance to drive customer satisfaction and identify risks.
• Define and implement processes and applications to meet customer productivity and leading-edge technology requirements.
• Serve as customer technology expert for at least one process class; guide development and transfer.
• Resolve complex field process issues using systematic troubleshooting and DOEs; communicate learnings globally to strengthen product packages.
• Assist account teams in managing customer accounts to enhance satisfaction and reputation.
• Plan unit process sequences with customers and negotiate process specifications to deliver solutions.
• Position new technologies to customers using technical information and potentially form strategic partnerships; present to management level.
• Contribute to product strategy by identifying gaps and feeding back hardware improvements.
• Keep abreast of new developments and publish findings where relevant.
