Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD, MSc or BSc in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Physics or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experiences in semiconductor packaging processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to relocate or work at Science Park II moving to Tampines mid-2027.

Responsibilities

• Design, collect data, analyze and report on complex process engineering experiments within safety guidelines.
• Perform hardware characterization on challenging systems within safety guidelines.
• Troubleshoot complex problems, perform root cause analysis and resolve issues.
• Create internal and external documentation for products and reports.
• Interact with customers to resolve process engineering issues with limited supervision.
• Measure film properties and interpret data.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers; implement new technology and instrumentation.

Education

PhD, MSc or BSc in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Physics or related field
