Job summary

ASM Front-End Manufacturing Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Process Engineering Technician to support semiconductor process development activities in the R&D laboratory.

You will operate process equipment, handle wafers and samples, perform routine measurements, and help maintain accurate records to enable fast learning cycles for next‑generation semiconductor processes. You will collaborate with Process Engineers to collect high‑quality data, ensure laboratory readiness, and assist in basic

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 2+ years in semiconductor manuf/R&D environment or similar.
• Hands-on cleanroom experience and wafer handling familiarity.
• Experience with metrology/inspection tools and lab operations.
• Ability to follow procedures with accuracy and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Execute wafer processing activities per experimental plans and SOPs.
• Operate process equipment under supervision of Process Engineers.
• Prepare/load/unload wafers and samples across experiments.
• Record data accurately and maintain lab documentation.
• Coordinate wafer/sample movement and lab logistics.
• Assist with equipment prep, maintenance, and calibration.
• Support troubleshooting and data collection for process deviations.
• Follow cleanroom safety and chemical handling protocols.
