Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry/ physics/ materials engineering/ electrical engineering/ optoelectronics or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in semiconductor process, preferably CMP.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-visibility customer support through on-site installations, system diagnoses, and service/repair of complex systems.
• Collaborate with customers to develop leading-edge processes used to manufacture advanced semiconductor chips.
• Create DOE studies, analyze data, and compile reports with conclusions on process engineering experiments.
• Troubleshoot complex problems, perform root cause analyses, and resolve customer product issues.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and the customer to build relationships and trust; may lead small projects.
