Job summary

Applied Materials in Singapore is looking for an experienced Process Engineer to provide exceptional customer support and assist in the installation and repair of complex semiconductor systems. Qualifications

4–7 years of experience in the semiconductor process, preferably in Thin Film.
Must be able to work closely with customers at the customer's site/cleanroom daily.

Responsibilities

Provide high-visibility customer support through on-site installations and repairs.
Work with the customer to develop processes for advanced semiconductor chips.
Analyze data and compile reports on complex process engineering experiments.
Troubleshoot problems and perform root cause analysis.
Communicate effectively to achieve goals and build trust.
Serve as a resource for junior colleagues and lead small projects.
