Job summary

STMicroelectronics Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a pricing and data analytics professional to manage pricing activities, maintain SAP records, and analyze variances for subcontractors. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive cost accuracy across the supply chain.

Ideal candidates will have strong data analytics skills, familiarity with Excel, Power BI, SQL or Python, and the ability to handle multiple priorities with precision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/engineering or related field; diploma holders with relevant experience are welcome.
• Experience in pricing, procurement, subcontracting, or supply chain, preferably in semiconductor backend.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong data analytics with Excel; familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or Python is beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subcontractors to manage pricing activities and issue resolution.
• Maintain pricing data in SAP and manage pricing records for subcontractor payments, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Analyze pricing variances between ST and subcontractors, validate tier-pricing against shipment volumes, and coordinate DN/CN issuance.
• Conduct periodic test-time validation for new products, test program changes, and high-volume products to ensure accurate costing and payments.
• Provide pricing estimates for new products, projects, and business opportunities per costing methodologies.
• Support continuous process improvement, automation, and digitalization to enhance pricing accuracy, efficiency, and data quality.

YOUR ROLE

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subcontractors (subcons) to manage pricing activities, and pricing-related issue resolution

• Maintain accurate pricing data in SAP and manage pricing records to ensure correct subcontractor payments, compliance, and audit readiness.

• Analyze pricing variances between ST and subcontractors, validate tier-pricing compliance against shipment volume commitments, and coordinate Debit Note (DN) and Credit Note (CN) issuance where required.

• Conduct periodic test-time validation for new products, test program changes, and high-volume products to ensure accurate costing and payment calculations.

• Provide pricing estimates for new products, projects, and business opportunities in accordance with established costing methodologies.
• Support continuous process improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives to enhance pricing accuracy, operational efficiency, and data quality.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. Diploma holders with relevant experience are also welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in pricing, procurement, subcontracting, or supply chain functions will be an advantage, particularly within semiconductor industry and backend manufacturing environment.Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong data analytics capability with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in managing large datasets, leveraging automation and digitalization tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Access, SQL, Python, or other scripting languages.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
