Job summary

ARISTOS SEARCH LLP is seeking a pricing administrator to support global pricing, costing, and billing across Sales, Factories, and Business Units. The role ensures accurate billing via SAP, delivers pricing insights, and drives continuous improvement in pricing processes.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering, at least 5 years in the semiconductor sector, OSAT exposure, and strong Excel and SAP skills. Collaboration across multicultural teams and IT systems is essential for success.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Prior OSAT experience with exposure to assembly and/or test processes.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP pricing and billing processes.
• Strong IT aptitude with the ability to work across multiple systems and data sources.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate large data sets.
• Strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate technical requirements/issues into business context and vice versa.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily pricing administration support to global Sales, Billing, and Business Operations teams to ensure accurate and timely billing execution.
• Coordinate with factories to administer test billing and resolve related issues efficiently.
• Guide global Sales teams on quoting, billing, and resolving missing price issues to maintain pricing accuracy.
• Troubleshoot pricing and billing discrepancies by collaborating with Sales, Factory, IT, and Business Units to ensure resolution.
• Analyze internal pricing and billing administration processes to identify gaps and implement efficiency improvements.
• Respond promptly to pricing requests by conducting price benchmarking and preparing cost estimates to support decision-making.
• Develop cost models to support pricing decisions and provide manufacturing readiness inputs to Business Units, Engineering, and Factories.
• Support internal cross-functional discussions and critical product costing reviews to align pricing strategies.
• Perform ad hoc revenue-related analyses to support management and business units in data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with Business Units, Factories, and Sales to ensure an integrated, profit-maximizing approach to pricing and execution.
