Job summary

United Microelectronics Corporation (Singapore Branch) is seeking a capable production supervisor to oversee fully automated manufacturing lines in our state-of-the-art Fab. You will lead cross-functional teams, prioritize safety, and drive efficiency in a high-volume environment.

The role requires a science-related degree, at least one year in manufacturing, and willingness to work shifts including weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a related department of science.
• Minimum Bachelor's /Master's Degree.
• Able to coordinate with multiple parties.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willing to work shifts and standby for Fab operations.
• Experience in manufacturing plant/factory (min 1 year).

Responsibilities

• Manage fully automated production lines.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to raise productivity.
• Predictively identify and address bottlenecks.
• Coordinate resources to achieve daily production goals.
• Improve staff operation efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate cross-department improvement projects for efficiency.
• Assist in implementing the department's long-term planning.
