United Microelectronics Corporation (Singapore Branch) seeks a QA professional to plan and implement ABS/PAR/IEAR/BPD systems, supporting FAB reviews with early warning notifications to cut quality loss and costs.
You will oversee MRB activities, conduct internal audits to identify risks, and support MSA calibration and capability assessments to ensure reliable measurements and product quality. The role also covers planning for automotive service packages.
1. Plan and implement the Abnormal Handling (ABS/PAR/IEAR/BPD) system, assisting the FAB reviewing process abnormalities establishing an early warning notification system, with the aim of reducing quality loss and cost for the company and customers, and supervising the effectiveness of system execution.
2. Plan and implement the MRB (Material Review Board), assisting the FAB reviewing waived products resulting from process abnormalities, in order to reduce quality loss and cost for the company and customers, and supervising the effectiveness of the system.
3. Plan and implement internal audits, assisting the FAB in identifying processes and systems with quality risks, and supervising the effectiveness of improvements to risk processes.
4. Plan and implement the MSA (Measurement System Analysis) system, assisting the FAB in performing calibration and capability assessment of measuring instruments to ensure the reliability of measurement values and thus ensure product quality.
5. Implement the automotive service package, assisting the FAB in planning executable methods and systems, and auditing and supervising the execution process for automotive products
Bachelor degree or equivalent
Minimum 2 years working experience in semiconductor industry
Familiar with Fab process flow is an additional advantage for considerations
Experience in QA field is also an advantage for considerations
