Qualifications

• Must hold MS or Bachelor degree in Electrical engineering or relevant field.
• At least 5 years of fab working experience with a process integration background.
• Strong knowledge of wafer process flow and semiconductor device physics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• New Device Introduction: tape-out/tooling operations for customer design database and achieve first pilot success.
• Project coordination: customer interface and cross department coordination with seamless communications.
• Manage conference calls, meetings and customer visits with professional presentation skills and logistics arrangement for project success.
• Project management: documentation, summaries, meeting minutes, and ability to recap keynote for management review.
