Job summary

REERACOEN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in East Singapore seeks a Lithography Process Engineer (37785) to monitor in-line SPC and ownership of equipment abnormalities. You will lead productivity improvements for new processes and establish parameters to stabilize the line.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, at least 2 years in semiconductor foundry module processes, and Chinese communication skills. Willingness to work on shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
• At least 2 years of semiconductor foundry module process experience.
• Proficiency in Chinese for communication with stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of process development, optimization and troubleshooting.
• Leadership experience on cross-functional teams and projects.
• Familiarity with SPC, 8D, DOE, FMEA and PMO is preferred.
• Willingness to work on a shift, with schedules varying by department.

Responsibilities

• Day to day monitoring and ownership to address in-line SPC/defect/equipment abnormality.
• Manage productivity-improvement projects for new processes using process analysis tools.
• Establish process parameters to ensure line stability across equipment.
• Evaluate and develop new equipment, materials and processes.
