Job summary

REERACOEN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in East Singapore seeks a Lithography Process Engineer (37785) to monitor in-line SPC and ownership of equipment abnormalities. You will lead productivity improvements for new processes and establish parameters to stabilize the line.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, at least 2 years in semiconductor foundry module processes, and Chinese communication skills. Willingness to work on shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
• At least 2 years of semiconductor foundry module process experience.
• Proficiency in Chinese for communication with stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of process development, optimization and troubleshooting.
• Leadership experience on cross-functional teams and projects.
• Familiarity with SPC, 8D, DOE, FMEA and PMO is preferred.
• Willingness to work on a shift, with schedules varying by department.

Location: East

Responsibilities

• Day to Day monitoring and ownership to timely address in-line SPC/defect/Equipment abnormality, handling and disposition
• Manage projects in productivity improvement, particularly for new processes, using process characteristic analytical tools to improve process condition and technology
• Establish process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment to ensure line stability
• Evaluation and development of new equipment/materials/process

Requirements & Preferences

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor foundry module processes.
• Proficiency in Chinese to communicate effectively with internal and external Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of process development, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects related to process improvement or technology transfer.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes of complex process issues and implement effective solutions.
• Experience with SPC, 8D reporting, DOE, FMEA, and PMO methodologies will be preferred.
• Willingness to work on a shift basis. Shift schedules vary by department and are assigned by the respective manager. Shifts are not scheduled frequently, and further details will be explained during the interview.
• Experience with advanced technology nodes of 22nm and below will be highly advantageous.
