Bruker Singapore is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support Bruker Semiconductor Metrology Tools at customer sites locally and internationally. You will perform installation, on-site training, diagnostics, and post-sale application support to maximize instrument uptime.

Ideal candidates have 3–8 years in semiconductor metrology, experience with lasers, optical profilers, and X-ray tools, and proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce, and SAP. Travel up to 30% in Southeast Asia may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical/mechanical engineering or physical sciences; masters preferred.
• 3–8 years of semiconductor metrology experience; hands-on instrument experience.
• Experience with Laser, Optical Profilers and X-ray service preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Office; Salesforce/SAP familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Performs site surveys, pre-installation, installation of Bruker Semiconductor Metrology Tools for customers locally and internationally.
• Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location.
• Provide on-site training to the customers.
• Interface with cross functional work teams (field applications, customer support/services, product management, manufacturing, marketing/sales).
• Develop Service technical documentation and update knowledge database.
• Timely and professional handling of field service calls and issues.
