Job summary

Kanry Search is seeking a Technician in Singapore to support daily manufacturing operations, including assembly, testing, NPI and process improvements. The role requires familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing, troubleshooting abilities and strong communication with cross-functional teams.

The position offers AM/PM shifts, standard Monday–Friday workdays, and a basic salary up to SGD 2,700 with AWS, VB and 12 days annual leave. Training and safety routines are emphasized in this role.

Qualifications

Relevant working experience in assembly, testing, NPI, manufacturing or technician roles.
Candidates must come from a semiconductor manufacturing background.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment and troubleshooting.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support daily manufacturing operations and assist in resolving production and process-related issues.
Perform equipment, tooling, and process checks to ensure smooth production operations.
Support NPI, engineering builds, product trials, testing and product transfer activities.
Collect and monitor production and process data for analysis and reporting.
Assist Manufacturing Engineers with troubleshooting and corrective actions.
Support engineering and process changes and ensure manufacturing documents are updated.
Prepare and maintain work instructions, checklists, process records, and manufacturing reports.
Participate in continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing and 5S activities.
Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain teams to support manufacturing objectives.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety and company procedures.
