Job summary
HPS PARTNERS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced engineer to support CMP equipment in a semiconductor wafer fabrication environment. You will perform maintenance, troubleshoot faults, and participate in equipment commissioning and ramp-up.

Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related Diploma.
- 4+ years of semiconductor equipment maintenance experience.
- Experience with high-vacuum systems is desirable.
- Able to interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics.
- Willing to work rotating shifts.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot equipment faults and restore tools to production promptly.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Monitor tool availability, reliability and overall performance.
- Investigate recurring failures and implement lasting corrective actions.
- Support new equipment installation, commissioning and production ramp-up.
- Train and provide technical guidance to Assistant Engineers.
- Maintain compliance with quality, safety and housekeeping standards.
