Job summary

HPS PARTNERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Maintenance Engineer to manage the reliability and day-to-day performance of wet-process semiconductor equipment.

The role combines hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment improvement and new-tool implementation to support continuous production across multiple shifts. You will respond to alarms, plan preventive and corrective maintenance, review data for performance concerns, develop maintenance procedures, and coach Assistant Engineers while

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 1–3 years semiconductor equipment experience preferred.
• Experience with high-vacuum systems and basic wafer-fabrication equipment knowledge.
• Able to interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Willing to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot assigned wet-process equipment.
• Respond to equipment alarms, abnormalities and breakdowns.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Review equipment data to identify performance and reliability concerns.
• Introduce improvements to increase tool stability, uptime and maintainability.
• Develop and update maintenance procedures and technical documentation.
• Manage critical spare parts and consumables within budget.
• Coordinate equipment installation, utility connections, start-up and acceptance.
• Document equipment failures, corrective actions and proven solutions.
• Participate in cross-functional equipment improvement projects.
• Coach Assistant Engineers and share technical knowledge.
• Follow established quality, safety and housekeeping requirements.
