Job summary

ANEXUS ROBOTICS PTE. LTD. is seeking a driven Semiconductor Equipment Engineer in Singapore to support hardware installation, integration, and commissioning up to pre-process acceptance.

You will troubleshoot vacuum, electrical and mechanical subsystems and validate tool readiness in collaboration with senior engineers. The role involves installation, testing, and calibration of advanced capital equipment, with cross-functional coordination to keep projects on schedule in a high-tech

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of field service or installation experience with semiconductor capital equipment.
• Solid hands-on vacuum systems experience.
• Experience with MOCVD/CVD/PVD or vacuum process tools.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware installation, subsystem assembly and pre-commissioning checks.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across vacuum, electrical, mechanical, and gas delivery systems.
• Assist in system power-on, functional testing and calibration of capital equipment.
• Coordinate with customer site teams to meet project schedules and compliance.
