Job summary

Agile Reliability Technology Pte Ltd (ART) in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Engineer to grow the client base and deal pipeline for semiconductor equipment and spare parts. You will identify opportunities, manage key accounts, and close deals, bridging technical understanding with procurement needs.

The role requires 3–5 years of related sales experience, a technical engineering or business background, and existing networks within Singapore's semiconductor ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in Singapore's semiconductor equipment or spare parts industry.
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, Semiconductor) or a Business qualification with strong technical aptitude.
• Existing network with semiconductor fabs, OSATs, or research institutes in Singapore is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within Singapore's semiconductor ecosystem.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
• Source, quote, and negotiate deals for used/refurbished semiconductor equipment and spare parts.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and compliance documentation (e.g. tender submissions via GeBIZ/Ariba).
• Liaise with suppliers on sourcing, pricing, and logistics coordination.
• Track sales pipeline and report deal status to management.
• Represent ART at industry events and build a vendor/customer network.
• Work with the technical team to match customer requirements.
