Job summary

ASEANET MANPOWER CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager to lead security systems projects from planning to delivery.

The role involves coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure on-time, within-budget completion and adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or higher in Electronics & Communication Engineering, with 2+ years of project management experience in ELV, CCTV, access control and alarm systems.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Proactive, committed and able to solve problems independently.
• Candidates with experience in the security systems industry are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through completion, ensuring all objectives and deliverables are achieved.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Serve as the key contact person for clients and handle project-related issues or escalations.
• Allocate tasks and resources to project team members and monitor overall progress.
• Ensure all projects meet the required quality standards and agreed specifications.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
