Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Team Manager (Camps) to oversee delivery of service projects at military camps across Singapore, with the HQ in Outram. The role requires a minimum diploma in electronics & communications and may demand travel to sites with a company vehicle.

The candidate should have strong planning, leadership and client-facing skills, plus basic ELV, automation, networking and security systems knowledge. Prior industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field.
• Candidate with 5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of ELV, automation, networking and security systems (CCTV, card access, alarm) is advantageous.
• Candidates from the same industry are highly preferred.
• Must have own vehicle due to site accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage project planning, execution and completion per PMO timelines and budgets.
• Lead and direct projects toward common objectives.
• Engage with stakeholders to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Ensure client satisfaction and handle escalations as the point of contact.
• Ensure the project delivers as-sold scope within budget and on time.
• Coordinate project teams through task delegation and resource management.
• Maintain proper project documentation and records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
