Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Executive to support customers and coordinate day-to-day service requests for security solutions across Singapore.

You will prepare quotations, coordinate orders, onboard customers, assist with security design, manage maintenance contracts, chase POs and payments, and help with reports, visits, and sales initiatives. The role offers a generous base with variable bonus and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Studies or Office Administration with 1–2 years' experience in sales support in the service industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, including confirmation and processing of sales orders.
• Coordinate work orders with relevant departments and maintain accurate sales documentation and records.
• Support customer onboarding and administrative processes, including vendor approvals, digital portal setup and communication link applications.
• Assist with security system design by preparing floor plans based on customer requirements when required.
• Manage maintenance contracts, including circulation, tracking and timely follow-ups with sales executives.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding POs and payments to support smooth order processing and credit control.
• Prepare sales reports and summaries, including sales performance and monthly quotation reports.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication, feedback collection and customer visits.
• Support sales and business development activities, including market research, competitor updates and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare and manage service agreements while supporting customer service programmes and other sales-related activities.
