Job summary

Focus Security Services Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive in Singapore. Fresh graduates are welcome as comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided to build strong foundations in security manpower and technology-driven solutions.

You will map target industries, conduct outreach, attend client meetings, and help prepare proposals, quotes, and tender submissions for both government and private sector clients, while supporting the full sales cycle from lead

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with prior Business Development experience will have an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow in a business development career.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for security manpower and integrated security solutions.
• Map and prioritize target industries and prospective clients, and conduct outreach to generate new business opportunities.
• Attend client meetings to understand their security requirements and recommend suitable manpower and technology solutions.
• Assist in developing solution proposals, use cases, and pilot projects where applicable.
• Support and progressively manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and client engagement to proposal submission, negotiation, contract award, and client onboarding.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and tender submissions for government and private sector clients.
• Respond promptly to client enquiries relating to security manpower and services.
• Monitor tender portals and identify suitable business opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, monitor key account performance, and provide sales forecasts to Management.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth implementation and successful delivery of awarded projects.
• Perform any other business development and administrative duties assigned by Management.
