Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ related experience in security management or supervision.
• Must hold a valid local security license (where required).
• FSM certification and knowledge of WHS and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the security operation and safeguard guests and staff.
• Recommend staffing actions, alert management to issues, and promote teamwork.
• Investigate loss and safety incidents and document findings.
• Manage daily security activities, schedule staff, and enforce policies.
• Coordinate with departments, regulatory bodies, and external contacts.
• Arrange security for events and maintain equipment readiness.
